See people watching and marvelling at the skills of the RNLI crew as they launch the St Ives Lifeboat directly outside the apartment on one of their regular training manoeuvres. Harbour sands is ideally located right in the centre of town with no hills to climb for elderly visitors; however it is important to note that we are a first floor property. Train and bus stations are a gentle five minute stroll away with some uphill slopes on the return journey. There are a number of long stay car parks nearby. There are no parking facilities with the property however traffic wardens are lenient for visitors to stop directly outside of the apartment whilst luggage is unloaded/loaded to and from their car. We would always recommend leaving a party member with the car whilst unloading / loading. The entrance to the property is at the rear of the building in Market Strand.
The premises are strictly non-smoking and unfortunately no pets are allowed. WE NOW HAVE A RESERVED PARKING SPACE AT YOUR DISPOSAL IN TOWN.
